Report: High Blood Pressure Neglected in U.S.

This USA Today story reports on new findings released by the Institute of Medicine which indicates that high blood pressure is on the rise in the U.S. and little is being done to combat it.  Nearly one in three adults has hypertension which "triggers more than one-third of heart attacks, is a leading cause of strokes and kidney failure, and plays a role in blindness and even dementia," according to medical researchers.

Losing weight, eating better, and excercising have been proven to lower blood pressure ... in other words, live the 5-2-1-Almost None lifestyle!
