Did you know Ohio's rate of heart disease deaths is the 14th highest nationwide?  You can learn if you are at risk for heart disease. Premier HeartWorks is offering a complete cardiac risk assessment for the special price of only $89 ($10 off the regular price) for registrations made now through Feb. 28.

A physician referral or insurance approval is not required for the screening. All tests are done in one session and typically take about one hour to complete. The HeartWorks program is located inside Miami Valley Hospital South on Wilmington Pike south of 675 in Centerville. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (937) 438-5483.
