CDC Finds 1 in 5 American Youths Have Abnormal Lipid Levels

The CDC released new research finding that 22% of Amercian youth age 12-19 have at least one lipid abnormality. Abnormal lipid levels are major risk factors for heart disease, the leading cause of death among adults in the United States.
