OH Senate Lifts Exercise Rule from Obesity Bill

This Associated Press brief as reported by NewsCenter 7 WHIO indicates the Ohio Senate has bowed to school funding issues/lobbying and removed the proposed requirement for 30 min of daily exercise in school.  The exercise requirement was seen as an important step in the fight against childhood obesity.
